



Mind precedes all knowables, mind's their chief, mind-made are they. If with a corrupted mind, one should either speak or act, dukkha follows caused by that, as does the wheel the ox's hoof.

Problems are made up by our mind. Don't look for scapegoats by blaming others. By developing mindfulness, being able to practice letting go and dhamma, life will feel light.
I meditate every day. I do it in the mornings for about 10 to 15 minutes. I think it’s important because it sets me up for the rest of the day
